Daycare description / philosophy

Dear Parents,

Burke Mountain Montessori Child Care is a multi-age child care facility licensed by Fraser Health Authority and City of Coquitlam. The child care is conveniently located in Burke Mountain in a brand new home at 3373 Millard Avenue in Coquitlam, B.C. and right next door to Millard Orchard Park.

All staff members are Early Child Education (ECE), Montessori Educators, and Emergency Child First Aid CPR certified.

Our Mission and Values:

Our Child Care strives to establish a solid foundation and love of learning for 9 months to 5 year of age children. Like the old saying, "Children's brains are like sponges", we believe that children of this age group, if lovingly nurtured, can become academically driven and socially responsible citizens.

The Montessori and Early Childhood Education prepared environment are invaluable at this stage of life. This structured curriculum is natural, satisfying and necessary to developing confident, happy, independent individuals.
